P136-M shabu seized, 3 suspects nabbed in Bacoor buy-bust


BACOOR CITY, Cavite – Authorities seized 20 kilos of suspected shabu with an estimated standard drug price of P136 million in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Mambog IV here on Monday, April 25.

Arrested during the joint operation of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) were brothers Isaac Gabriel Ambulo and Roman Hosias Ambulo, and their cousin, Abdurrahim Ambulo.

Investigator on case Pat. Marvin Veniegas told the Manila Bulletin that two other suspects, Saddam Hadji Gaffor and Nabil Madarang, managed to escape during the operation.

The suspects have been openly distributing volumes of illegal drugs in the National Capital Region, Cavite, and other nearby areas.

Aside from the suspected shabu and marked money, authorities seized from the suspects a car, assorted identification cards and documents, and two cellphone units.

The arrested suspects and pieces of recovered evidence were brought to Camp Bagong Diwa in Taguig City for documentation and proper disposition.
