Ayala Malls catapults family activities to even more exciting heights with happening mall events, much anticipated store openings, and dining delights to enjoy.

We’re happy to welcome more and more people back in our malls”, opens Ayala Malls Marketing Director Eunice Velasco. “Safety is always a priority. We ensure rigid health protocols are always upheld so families can enjoy their time without worrying.” But it doesn’t stop there. For Ayala Malls, it’s all about upping the ante.

Velasco continues, “Our malls have always been haven for shopping, dining, and leisure. And as families emerge, we want to ensure they visit our malls with amazing experiences, an expansive variety of retail and dining options, and unique encounters that foster wonderful family moments.”

Here are few ways Ayala Malls make family time more amazing.

1. Go watch a show together with Alive! and the Happy Plays Music Festival

Face-to-face concerts are making a comeback in Ayala Malls with Alive! this April! This exclusive concert series features the country’s favorite singer and musical acts including Nadine Lustre, Zack Tabudlo, Arthur Nery, Adie, Lola Amour, Leanne &Naara, Basically Saturday Night, and Keiko Necesario. Likewise, a series of band concerts dubbed Happy Play Music Festival commence on May 30 with bands like Sandwich, 6cyclemind, Moonstar88, Imago and Gracenote headlining he festivals. For show schedule, please visit www.ayalamalls.com or social media at www.facebook.com/AyalaMalls360/ and IG @iloveayalamalls.

2. Enjoy watching from big screen once again!

While it’s ok to watch from the computer or mobile phone, nothing beats the big screen, especially with a bucket of popcorn in tow. Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is still on for a dose of cinema magic. But sure to watch out for major releases coming soon including Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in May, and animated flicks Lightyear and Minions: The Rise of Gru in June.

3. Turn ‘Me’ Time to ‘We’ Time.

Ayala Malls gathers pampering experts and favorite brand to launch the first-ever wellness specialty zone aimed to promote self-care and relaxation. Located at Glorietta 3, the Wellness places provides the convenience of a one-stop venue for salons and wellness clinics for him, her, and even the little ones.

For H\haircuts and treatments, this sanctuary houses Headway Vera Salon, T&J Salon, Bruno’s Barbers, and HQ Barbershop. For waxing appointments, eyelash extension and nail services there’s Hey Sugar!, Lay Bare, Ohh La Lash and Nailaholics. Body and skin treatments can be booked at Skin Station, Kazemi, and KARADA; while hearing-care consultations can be achieved at Manila Hearing Aid clinic. Relaxation also comes in a hearty cup of coffee, which Little Farmers Coffee Brim offers within the specialty zone.

4. Make fitness fun!

Online home workouts have certainly been helpful during the past two years, but nothing can beat the excitement form the face-to-face support of a coach and a community. RISE Nation and Padel Club are the latest additions to Ayala Malls’ fitness gyms at Bonifacio Global City.

RISE Nation, opening within the block of BGC’s High Street South, is the first vertical climbing studio in the Philippines and the first branch in all of Asia. Designed to make fitness fun, the facility has a club atmosphere while offering high-intensity, zero-impact, strength and conditioning workouts to engage the whole body and burn between 350-800 calories in just 30 minutes.

On the other hand, Manila Padel Club aims to introduce, teach and train one of the world’s fastest-growing sports: Padel. This new game is often described as “tennis with walls’ or “squash in the sun.” The new outdoor facility at Ayala Malls will feature top-of-the-line padel courts perfect for new and experienced players.

5. The fondest family memories are made gathered around the table

A Mano

Food brings people together. There’s nothing like sumptuous meals with the company of those dearest to their heart. The Bistro Group is opening new restaurants at Ayala Malls nationwide including Ember by Chef Josh Boutwood in April at Greenbelt, Rumba by Chef Alfredo Rodriguez in June at Ayala Triangle Gardens, and Olive Garden in August at Glorietta 3.

Opening soon in Greenbelt is Mamou. The new store is the first branch to adapt to “new normal dining atmosphere.” Its entrance features floor to ceiling floating glass doors which opens its indoor dining room and merges it with its al fresco seats.

Others soon to delight are Italian restaurants, A Mano at Bonifacio Global City and Tartufo in Greenbelt; while the Fat Seed Café is opening doors both at Greenbelt and Ayala Triangle Gardens (ATG). Furthering the selection at ATG are Bueno, The Grounds of Alexandria, and a new concept by the group behind Poblacion’s Polilya. A new branch of Dean and Deluca is launching in Ayala Malls Veryis North while the biggest Mary Grace Café to date recently opened at Solenad in Nuvali, Laguna.

Nespresso Boutique

Ayala Malls is also launching concepts that are first within the VisMin area. Japanese restaurant, Mendokoro, is opening for the first time in Cebu at Cebu IT Park, while Italian favorite, Cibo, recently opened in Bacolod at Ayala Malls Capitol Central. Additionally, Nespresso is expanding in Cebu with its first boutique at Ayala Center Cebu opening in July 2022.

Velasco explains, “All these openings and events are derived from our continuing mission and unwavering determination to provide noteworthy and holistic customer experiences in keeping with the evolving desires of our mallgoers.” She concludes, “We have a lot more in store in the coming months. We intend. To keep amazing going as the public rediscover the joys of mall going once again.”

Ayala Malls has partnered with the Department of Health and the local government unit to immunize all mall employees with regular antigen testing for guests’ and staff members’ safety. This lifestyle destination is also a recipient of the Safety Seal, which confirms the establishment’s faithful adherence to the minimum public health standards required by the government, thus guaranteeing safe malling in the new normal.
