All flights of the Cebu Pacific's Cebgo (DG) flights to and from Manila will be relocated to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4 starting March 28, the company announced on Monday, March 21.
This is anticipation of the influx of passengers for the dry season, Cebu Pacific said in a statement.
It then advised all Cebgo passengers to be at the terminal at least three hours before their scheduled time of departure, to complete all pre-departure requirements.
"Passengers are advised to update their contact details via http://bit.ly/CEBUpdateInfo to receive email notifications on flight reminders and updates. Everyjuan is encouraged to check their flight itineraries before proceeding to their designated Airport Terminal," the statement read.
"Before going to the airport, passengers are urged to check the travel requirements, safety protocols, and frequently asked questions (FAQs) on the CEB website: http://bit.ly/CEBFaqs," it added.
The company also stated that all questions and concerns may be sent to message via Charlie the chatbot on the Cebu Pacific website.
