PAL's VTL flights to Singapore start this week

Philippine Airlines (PAL) designated flights to Singapore will begin carrying travelers eligible for ‘quarantine-free’ visits under Singapore’s new Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) Program this Friday, March 4.

On the other hand, starting this Thursday, March 3, all of Cebu Pacific (CEB)’s flights from Manila to Singapore have been approved as VTL flights. These flights are for fully vaccinated guests only.

The following PAL flights are designated VTL flights from March 4 to 31, 2022:

PR 507 Manila-Singapore – Daily – departing at 09:25 AM

March 15 to 31, 2022

PR 501 Manila-Singapore – Daily – departing at 03:10 PM

Travel on these “VTL flights” will allow eligible vaccinated travelers to visit Singapore ‘quarantine-free’, if they comply with all requirements which include Proof of Vaccination – (VaxCertPH certifications issued by the Department of Health will be recognized); Negative RT-PCR Test Result; Travel Insurance; and booking on a designated VTL flight

For added convenience, PAL operates up to two daily flights from Singapore to Manila from March 4 to 31, 2022.

PR 508 Singapore-Manila – Daily – departing at 02:10 PM

March 15 to 31, 2022

PR 512 Singapore-Manila – Daily – departing at 07:45 PM

Passengers arriving in Singapore will have up to 24 hours to take a supervised self-swab (SSS) Antigen Rapid Test (ART) at one of the testing centers located across Singapore.

They will receive a weblink upon arrival to book their tests.

Once negative results are available, the travelers are free to go out of their hotels or residences.

Before this, travelers are required to isolate in their accommodations except for going to the supervised self-swab testing center, for which they must take private transport.

Travelers who feel unwell should visit a clinic for medical advice via private transport.
