After one year of operations, Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI), a subsidiary of the Asticom Group of Companies, is expanding to the Asia-Pacific and aming to be the region's number one shared services center by 2029.

In just a year, ABSI managed to serve over 60 clients across various industries, led almost 150 projects to fruition, and empoyed 1,400 people.

Now ABSI targets a bigger market outside the Philippines.

“We mark another milestone as ABSI celebrates one year in the Information Technology (IT) and Business Service Outsourcing (BSO) industry," says Mharicar Castillo-Reyes, President and CEO of the Asticom Group.

"The company is the first subsidiary that we launched and we’re proud of its continuous growth. ABSI contributes to our purpose of helping businesses grow and creating more opportunities for Filipinos,” she added.

"With a committed and highly-skilled workforce, combined with best-in-class tech solutions, ABSI continues to create more purposeful and meaningful growth for our partners,” according to ABSI General Manager Melissa Tecson.

Aside from managed services such as BSO and IT, ABSI offers digital platform services like Customer Experience (CE) and Employee Engagement (EE).

The company's clientele covers telecommunications, IT, banking, finance, logistics, and e-commerce.

To address the requirements of these enterprises, ABSI continues expanding its centers of expertise in digital solutions, HR, finance, customer experience and corporate services.

Despite the limitations of the pandemic, ABSI remains competitive in its business approach.

Last year, ABSI acquired HR solutions company HCX Technology Partners Inc. from Ayala Corporation.

ABSI is a member of the Globe Telecom Inc. Group.
