The Commission on Elections (Comelec) Second Division has dismissed the petition against senatorial candidate Raffy Tulfo.
Comelec Acting Chairman Socorro Inting revealed this on Wednesday, Feb. 16.
She said there is no misrepresentation in Tulfo's certificate of candidacy.
The petition filed by a certain Julieta Pearson seeks to cancel the COC of Tulfo.
The Comelec has yet to provide a copy of the decision.
