A man was arrested after yielding P740,000 worth of suspected shabu in a police buy-bust operation in Barangay NBBS Kaunlaran, Navotas City on Friday morning, Jan. 28.
Members of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) of Navotas City Police apprehended the suspect, Abdullah Pasandalan, 41, a resident of Port Area, Manila, during the sting.
Based on the report of the Northern Police District (NPD), the operatives recovered from the suspect 103 grams of shabu worth around P740,000.
Also seized from him were a blue sling bag containing a small gray weighing scale, a pack of plastic bags, a blue notebook, a brown wallet with three identification cards, and the buy-bust money.
Pasandalan is now detained at the police station and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
