LOOK: Andi Eigenmann's extensive fitness routine

Calisthenics, jumping rope, boxing, running, and household chores – these were among routines that actress Andi Eigenmann tried in a effort to shed pounds based on the recent video she uploaded on Instagram.

According to her, the clip shows the progress from March to November 2021.

Andi started her journey at 175 pounds, 2 months postpartum, but after months later she was able to burn 46 pounds.

“Was looking for some motivation and found it in myself! Looking back on the progress I’ve made from gaining 175 lbs in my 3rd pregnancy to losing 50 lbs after 10 months. Big shout out to coach @theislandboxer, @coachbaso and of course coach @chepoxz for all the help, inspo, and for making this journey so much fun!,” she wrote as caption.

Andi said that suddenly being “out of place” for almost two months froze her up quite a bit.

“But I realise how much of an impact physical exercise has really had on my mental health and overall well- being,” she related.

“I do have my own personal fitness goals, of course, but exercise and staying active really does so much more to us that keep us fit. And also I just wanted to try making a reel.”
