Presidential aspirant Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. said Monday, Jan. 22 that he does not have any troll farm campaigning for him or has he bought any advertisement.
During One PH interview, Marcos Jr. challenged those who accused him of having a troll army to show him proof that he boosted a social media post to reach more audience or placed a paid advertisement.
“Facebook put out that report. I have zero expenditure,” he said.
Marcos Jr. also said that claiming he has a troll farm is an “insult to the Filipino intelligence” because children actually know how to distinguish a report that is coming from a troll farm.
The presidential candidate also denied a report that he has a network of fake supporters, whose Twitter accounts were suspended by the social media company.
“They (Twitter) have not proven that these are Marcos accounts,” he said.
