Robredo answered questions and shared her vision for the country.

She faced tough questions that highlighted her stand on the pandemic, economic recovery, peace and order, poverty, among others, encouraging netizens to believe that she is what the country needs in the next six years.

“VP Leni’s questions are quite striking and indeed controversial, but in all fairness I am shocked at how calm and composed she is. It’s impressive that she can answer the questions straight to the point, walang paligoy-ligoy (no beating around the bush). #JessicaSohoInterviews,” Twitter user @The13thSwiftie said.

Robredo’s supporters celebrated that their own families, relatives, and friends have been converted overnight to the vice president’s side.

"Mama— told me she’s voting for Isko. Di ko na ‘yan kinulit; like, bahala siya. But today, she chanted Leni, Leni, Leni kami while VP Leni is answering Jessica Soho’s questions. It was a good day, after all, thank you, God," @charmainedoble said.

"My dad din. I think he’s voting for Leni na. Not because of the interview but we consulted BEK. Dati Lacson sya," @PinkieLeafy tweeted in reacction to @charmainedoble's tweet.

Celebrities also chimed in, voicing their opinion that Robredo has the best answer among all candidates.

Meanwhile, volunteer group Team Leni Robredo clarified that the crowdfunding campaign for the Vice President was done entirely by their team.

They assured that they followed the law in asking for the donations.

“Walang anumang halaga ang napunta sa Office of the Vice President o mismong kay VP Leni dahil lahat ito ay iginugugol para paandarin ang aming (No amount goes to the Office of the Vice President or to VP Leni herself because this is meant for the) volunteer efforts online at (and) on ground,” the group said in a statement.

Robredo told Soho during the interview that her campaign team made sure that the crowdsourcing is following the rules on sourcing funds. However, she also stressed that this does not go to her campaign but to the volunteer team.

They said that they believe that Robredo has the capacity to lead the country, and that they will do their best for her to win for the benefit of Filipinos.
