Successfully riding the cloudkitchen wave

While heading out to visit our favorite eateries and coffee shops includes the fun of actually taking a quick trip to get there, it doesn’t mean we don’t appreciate a more convenient way to get our hands on delicious go-to food and beverages. Apart from the usual delivery services that a myriad of restaurants offer, it’s also a great idea to have some kind of clever one-stop-shop that covers all the bases. With their loyal customers in mind, Figaro Coffee Group(FCG), the company that houses classics like Figaro Coffee, Angel’s Pizza, and Tien Ma’s Taiwanese cuisine decided to make everything a lot easier for everyone with the launch of The Figaro Group Express last August 2021.

It’s all about the customers

The beauty of TFG Express is that it takes away the hassle of having to visit their multiple stores, by offering the best-selling items from each brand at one location. It even provides the option for take-away, delivery through GrabFood, and a “park and eat” arrangement. Despite launching during the lockdown, the concept has been successful in riding the cloudkitchen wave which is gaining ground around the world. Figaro Coffee Group’s Chief Operating Officer Mike Barret added, “TFG Express is here to provide product flexibility and convenience to our customers.” And that they do.

Here’s to so much more

After opening their first branch along Congressional Avenue in Quezon City last August 2021, TFG Express ended 2021 with a bang. They opened five more branches within Katipunan and Regalado Highway in Quezon City, C. Raymundo Avenue in Pasig City, Gen. T De Leon in Valenzuela, and San Isidro in Sucat. This 2022, more branches will be launching, with two opening–one in E. Rodriguez in Quezon City, and the other in JP Rizal in Makati this January alone.
