British sensation Adele has just bought the mansion of "Rocky" actor Sylvester Stallone for US$58 million.

Multiple US reports said that Stallone initially listed his 3.5 acres property at US$110 million.

The Italian Riviera-style home is located inside Beverly Park in Los Angeles, California, a super-exclusive area packed with celebrities.

Among Adele's popular neighbors in the gated community include Barbra Streisand, Pierce Brosnan and Pamela Anderson.

The New York Post reported that Adele was moving to the US because she couldn't afford the real estate market in London. Adele has three other mansions in the US, reports said.

Stallone, 75, began to build his massive estate in 1994. It has eight bedrooms,12 bathrooms, and offers panoramic views of the city and valley. The home has a two-story foyer, motor court, family room, office, formal living room, and dining room, according to lovebylife.com.

His family has moved to Palm Beach, Florida where they are currently staying at a US$35 million property, TMZ reported.

Adele, 33, has just released her fourth CD, "Adele 30." Its carrier single "Easy On Me" is the No. 1 song in the US for the 8th week. Her second single "Oh My God" is climbing up the charts.
