Online seller, tagged as No. 1 most wanted person, arrested in Muntinlupa
An online seller who was tagged by the police as the No. 1 most wanted person was arrested in Muntinlupa City for possession of illegal drugs.
Cherry Caagbay, alias Cherry Moscosa, 44, was arrested Wednesday by joint operatives of the Muntinlupa Police and National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO)’s First Mobile Force Company at Seaoil gas station on National Highway, Brgy. Tunasan in Muntinlupa.

According to the NCRPO, Caagbay was listed as the top 1 most wanted person under the Simultaneous Enhanced Managing Police Operations (SEMPO) of the Muntinlupa Police. SEMPO is the Philippine National Police’s unit that is operating against illegal drugs, loose firearms and explosives, and most wanted persons.
The police conducted a week-long surveillance and social media operation against the suspect. Caagbay is an online seller and one of the operatives acted as a buyer. An entrapment operation was conducted that led to her arrest at the gas station.
Operatives served Caagbay a warrant of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Gener Gito of the Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court Branch 206 for a case of possession of dangerous drugs, or violation of Sec. 11 under Article II of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. Caagbay is now under the custody of the NCRPO.

Araw araw, bente kwatro oras, kami ay nakahandang magpatupad ng batas (We continue to hunt down the most wanted persons in Metro Manila as we suppress illegal drugs, terrorism, and other crimes. We do it 24 hours every day. We are ready to implement the law),” said NCRPO chief Police Maj. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr.
