Balmy weather will continue to be felt over Metro Manila, Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon) area, and Bicol region, while the rest of Luzon is expected to have cold weather because of the northeast monsoon, or the ‘amihan’.

More than P119-million worth of assistance have been distributed to victims of Typhoon Odette, according to the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
