FEU said that under the agreement, it will serve as the main school partner of RSTU-NCR and will provide the necessary academic arrangements including faculty and facilities.

Under the partnership, RSTU-NCR personnel and other personnel of its operating Bureaus and affiliated units can enroll in FEU's graduate studies programs. The classes will be a mix of face-to-face and virtual sessions.

FEU Institute of Arts and Science (IAS) Dean Rowena Reyes said the new partnership was made possible by PNP Consultant and IAS Department of Communication Professor Liana Barro.

"The partnership will help us move synchronously towards a common goal of service to the Filipino people and to the betterment of their lives," FEU Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs Trina Tinio said.

The formal memorandum of agreement signing was held at the PNP national headquarters in Camp Crame in late November.
