The National Task Force (NTF) on coronavirus disease (COVID-19) hails the country’s vaccination program, which has been hailed as having the fourth highest daily vaccination rate in the world.

And it is perhaps this high vaccination rate that has led to the entire country being placed under Alert Level 2, and Metro Manila now being at a very low risk level for COVID-19.

The Court of Appeals (CA) has allowed journalist Maria Ressa to travel to Oslo, Norway from December 8 to 13 to personally receive her Nobel Peace Prize.

Meanwhile, the San Fernando, La Union Regional Trial Court (RTC) granted the petition of government prosecutors to present additional evidence in the case against Julian Ongpin for possession of illegal drugs.
