CEBU CITY – At least four persons were killed while several others were injured in a multiple vehicle smash-up in Talisay City, southern Cebu on Friday morning, Dec. 3.
The road accident, which took place in a busy road in the city, involved a dump truck, a public utility vehicle (PUV) and two private vehicle, among others.
Efforts to retrieve some victims from the badly damage PUV were ongoing as of this writing.
