After absorbing a 25-5 beatdown at the hands of Talon in the opener, John Anthony "Natsumi-" Vargas and Mc Nicholson "Lelouch-" Villanueva came alive in the next two games to power the reverse sweep for the Philippine-based esports team.

The two provided the spark in Game 2 as Natsumi on the Phantom Assassin got the space he needed to reach his power spike and punish the newly formed Talon squad. He finished with an impeccable 11-0-14 performance while LeLouch- provided support with an equally impressive 8-1-11 showing.

Polaris, which qualified to the lower division after joining forces with South Built Esports, forced the jugular Game 3 after a 26-9 over the anticipated Talon team which made noise before the tournament after its huge signing of The International veterans Tal "Fly" Aizik, Damien "kpii" Chok, and Filipino Kim "Gabbi" Villafuerte.

Riding the momentum of the Game 2 win, Polaris held off the pick-off centered composition of Talon in the series clincher. Marvin "Boomy" Rushton on the Undying held the fort for his squad with his sustain while delaying Gabbi’s Drow Ranger in the top lane.

Natsumi also got early game kills which allowed his Medusa to quickly snowball and dominate the team fights for Polaris.

Natsumi put up another spotless 10-0-10 KDA while LeLouch contributed 11-1-8 score line for Polaris. Boomy had his share of the spotlight with a 2-4-21 showing.

It was Talon which drew the first blood behind the stellar showing from Rafli Fathur "Mikoto" Rahman’s Ember Spirit. Mikoto led the way for Talon with an 11-1-12 performance in its 25-5 Game 1 win.

Polaris will try to keep its winning start going when it clashes against 496 Gaming on Dec 6 while Talon takes on Nigma Galaxy SEA on Dec 9.
