‘Survivor VIP – Israel’ holds festive night with PH Embassy

The Philippine Embassy in Israel hosted 15 celebrities from the primetime reality TV show in Israel “Survivor VIP,” which had been aired on Channel 13.
Fifteen Israeli celebrities, who are popular actors, actresses, models, and TV personalities in Israel, were interviewed by media and social media vloggers/influencers while wearing Filipiniana clothes and accessories.

The guests were served with all-time Filipino favorite dishes, including lumpiang shanghai, pansit bihon, bistek, lumpiang togue, and chicken adobo, and finished off with sapin-sapin, pichi-pichi, and puto. The cocktails featured exotic rhums of the Philippines, like Tanduay and Don Papa, as well as homegrown liquors such as Ginebra gin, San Miguel beer, and Red Horse beer.
The celebrities showed photos of their interactions with the local community and described the Filipino’s hospitality as the best part of their island experience.
The celebrities remembered with fondness how they were captivated by the beauty of the island and the warmth of the Filipino people during their stay in Caramoan. Ambassador Macairog Alberto expressed his appreciation to the producers for choosing the Philippines as the location for the show, while noting the deep connection and bond between Filipinos and Israelis.

The 2021 VIP season was shot in the captivating island of Caramoan. It has been aired on Channel 13. The series was also filmed in Caramoan in 2010, 2018, and 2019.
