Just wow!

If there is one star who has been killing us with amazing red carpet looks after another, it is definitely young Hollywood A-lister Zendaya.

Once again she proves that she is deserving of the CFDA Fashion Icon Award with a vintage number from Italian luxury house Roberto Cavalli. The “Dune” star made an appearance at the Ballon d’Or ceremony in Paris with a stunningly wicked black dress that looks straight from the maison’s archive. What sends us to fashion heaven is the metallic serpentine- or scorpion-like skeleton detail on her back.

The spine jewel golden cage linked by micro golden chains imbued dress was re-edited from the label’s fall-winter 2000 collection by the house’s chief creative Fausto Puglisi. Styled by Law Roach, this is among the many amazing style revival moments Zendaya did. In the past, she paid homage to Beyonce at the BET wearing a reimagined version of the 2003 Versace piece the “Lemonade” singer wore. And, also, her donning a haute couture YSL dress from 1982 serving Eunice W Johnson realness is one for the books.
