A lifeless body was found floating on the Estero De Vitas rivulet along C2 Capulong road in Barangay 93, Tondo on Wednesday, Nov. 24.
Police identified the victim as Joel Alanzalon Martinez, 34, a resident of Barangay 93 in Tondo, Manila.
The witness found the bloated body floating on the river at approximately 7:30 p.m.
Martinez was last seen alive at around 10 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 21, by a Barangay 93 tanod after he was summoned to the barangay hall for domestic abuse complaints that were filed against him.
