Eucharistic celebrations will be held at 8 a.m. and at 6 p.m. A land and a fluvial (pagoda) procession will be held in the morning after the fiesta mass.

Novena masses were held from November 14 to 22.

San Clemente was considered as the first Apostolic Father of the Church, one of the three chief ones together with Polycarp and Ignatius of Antioch. Few details are known about his life. San Clemente was the author of the Letter to the Corinthians.

Born in Rome, Italy, he lived during the time of Jesus Christ’s apostles and was ordained bishop by Saint Peter himself. He was elected as the fourth pope of the Roman Catholic Church in the year 91 and served as head of the Church until his martyrdom in the year 101.
