Pastor Quiboloy assures members: Kingdom Nation will continue 'no matter what'

DAVAO CITY — Despite the charges, Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) founder Pastor Apollo Quiboloy assured its members that they will continue "no matter what".

"I will assure you, my brothers and sisters, that the Kingdom Nation’s progress throughout all the world (sic) will continue — no matter what," Quiboloy said during the virtual Sound of Worship gathering on Sunday, Nov. 21.

"I would like to thank all my supporters, not essentially Kingdom members. Our inboxes are full of prayers and support," the pastor said.

"My heart is so filled with joy and thanksgiving for all your prayers and support coming from all over the world, for the Kingdom Nation and for the Appointed Son," he added.

Quiboloy also thanked President Rodrigo Duterte and presidential aspirant Senator Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go.

"Thank you also for those non-members here in the Philippines and abroad who have also voiced their support. Thank you for the continued support of our dear friend, our dear President, PRRD (President Rodrigo Roa Duterte) and presidential aspirant Senator Bong Go," Quiboloy said.

Quiboloy also said he has forgiven his "detractors."

"I forgive all those betrayals, I forgive all the traitors, I forgive all those who have come to see the truth and then turn their back from it," he said.

According to the website of KOJC, Quiboloy established the Kingdom of Jesus Christ The Name Above Every Name in a small chapel in Agdao, Davao City in 1985. From 15 members, the church organization now has six million "Kingdom citizens" worldwide.
