Deputy House Speaker Loren Legarda donated 500 Moderna vaccines to the city government during its regular flag raising ceremony on Monday, Nov. 22.

Rubiano told City Hall officials to double their effort in helping the city government sustain its fight against COVID-19.

The mayor also encouraged residents to get vaccinated against the virus to help pave the way for the city’s return to normalcy.
