Katy Perry brings the love with Gap’s ‘All Together Now’ campaign


It also presents her exclusive recording of The Beatles’ ‘All You Need is Love’

“Love is all you need,” says The Beatles’ iconic anthem “All You Need is Love.” Since its release in 1967, the song’s meaning continues to be relevant to this day. Love is the only constant thing we have and is the key to making the cherished holiday season special, even in the middle of a health crisis.

To remind us about the power of love, pop music icon Katy Perry records her version of the song with the American fashion brand Gap for its latest campaign. Dubbed “All Together Now,” the campaign spotlights love, kindness, and acceptance through culture, fashion, and music.

A brainchild of Len Peltier, the brand’s global creative director, “All Together Now” is brought to life with the help of American filmmaker Mark Romanek. It amplifies the power of music and storytelling to convey a sense of love and joy that brings people together, the essence of the iconic song that inspired the campaign itself. The campaign highlights Katy as herself, a dimensional culture shaper making an impact across music, philanthropy, and empowerment—showing her fans the importance of being part of something greater than yourself.

Apart from the music, the campaign also features the retailer’s holiday collection that is all about the ‘90s vibe, from Gap’s arch logo hoodie and oversized denim jackets and other fits to vintage soft joggers and 100 percent recycled cropped puffers in a variety of colors.
