Ensaymadas with Manchego and Truffle Honey, and Jamon and Chorizo

For the holiday season, the beloved cafe and bakeshop presents its limited-edition ensaymada made more delectable with special ingredients. First is the Manchego and Truffle Honey, an ensaymada made with 100 percent real butter is topped with semi-curado manchego cheese. Hailed from the La Mancha region of Spain, the cheese is made from milk produced by Manchega sheep, and has a sweet and fruity flavor. To complement the cheese, the ensaymada comes with a mini jar of truffle honey. The next creation pairs the Manchego and Truffle Honey Ensaymada with Spain’s finest Jamon Serrano Gran Reserva and Chorizo Iberico de Bellota, giving a sweet-savory pairing.

A box of four Manchego And Truffle Honey Ensaymada costs P820, while a box of Ensaymada with Jamon and Chorizo is priced at P1,080. Better get yours now as product ordering is until Dec. 15, 2021 only.
