Laguna beauty queen to represent PH in Miss Tourism Int'l 2021

Keinth Petrasanta

The Mutya ng Pilipinas Organization has appointed Keinth Petrasanta of Cabuyao, Laguna as the country's official representative to compete in the 24th edition of Miss Tourism International (MTI) which will be staged virtually on Dec. 18.

Petrasanta last competed in Mutya ng Pilipinas 2019.

A newcomer in pageantry, Petrasanta is considered by some experts as beauty queen material.

Coming from humble beginnings, Petrasanta is a genuine example of the Hometown Girl, a moniker uniquely associated with the organization.

Petrasanta is currently being trained by Rodgil Flores of the Kagandahang Flores Camp. She is also receiving personal mentorship from Cyrille Payumo, winner of MTI 2019.

Fred Yuson, Chairman of MNP, also reassured pageant fans that "MNP" is gearing up for an active year of pageantry in 2022."

MNP established in 1965 is one of the most enduring pageants in the country and one of the oldest. It is famous for being the launching pad for aspiring beauty queens nationwide.

Cory Quirino, President of MNP, aptly describes it as "an aspiring beauty queen's first step in her journey to the crown."

With headquarters located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, MTI was created by Datuk Tan Sri Danny Ooi in 1994. Its purpose is to bring the world together to promote tourism, culture, and friendship.
