No more stress in the kitchen thanks to their new frozen food packs

Joyous feasting is what the holiday season is all about. Family and friends gather together making new memories over good food. While presenting home cooking on the table during celebrations and get-togethers has been part of many Filipino families’ traditions, whipping up those dishes can be challenging and stressful, especially for a kitchen novice.

Baliwag’s ready-to-heat and ready-to-fry offerings

To celebrate its 37th year in the local food scene, Baliwag Lechon Manok At Liempo is giving Filipinos a safe dining experience with its classic offerings in ready-to-heat and ready-to-fry packages. With dining restrictions in place, the Baliwag team knew that they had to make sure their all-time favorite dishes are still enjoyed by many Filipinos at home.

Crispy Bagnet, Crispy Ulo, Chikititas, and Crispy Pata now come in frozen packages ready to be dipped into hot oil to be golden and crispy. No more mess and fussing in the kitchen as 15 Filipino dishes—from Beef Caldereta, Lechon Paksiw, and Dinuguan to Lengua, Embutido, Laing, and Spaghetti—can be served hot and fresh by following easy cooking instructions.

“We noticed that most people couldn’t eat out and found it more convenient and safer to eat at home. So we thought of a way to bring the Baliwag cooking that many are looking for into their own homes. And with this, the idea of ready-to-heat and ready-to-fry food was born,” the team says. “Anyone can drop by our kiosks, food court branches, and restaurants every day during store hours. We are also serving our products via online ordering with our delivery partners.”

With these on the dinner table, Christmas and New Year will certainly be merry and happy.
