Over 390,000 fully vaccinated in Pasig; 216 active COVID cases recorded


A total of 394,476 have received full coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccination in Pasig city, which represents 70 percent of the target population set by Department of Health metrics for 2021 as of Friday, Oct. 29.

The latest vaccine total breakdown in Pasig as of Oct. 29 lists 394,476 as having received full vaccination and 446,075 as having been administered at least the first dose which represents 79 percent of the target population.

A total of 840,551 doses have been deployed in the city.

As of Saturday, Oct. 30, a total of 216 active cases of COVID-19 were detected in Pasig city.

37 active cases, the highest number among all Pasig barangays, were recorded in Barangay Pinagbuhatan.

A week earlier on Saturday, Oct. 23, Pasig had a total of 323 active cases signaling a one week decrease of 107 active cases.

Pasig city has a population of 803,159 according to a 2020 census by the Philippine Statistics Authority.
