“I want you, by December 31 of 2022, lumalabas ka na, kumakain na kayo kasi lahat kayo bakunado ng booster already (you're going out, you're already eating because you're all vaccinated with the booster). Because everybody is protected," Domagoso said in an interview with ANC Headstart.

"I want you to go normal. I want your kids to go back to school. I want everyone going out there. I want us to live,” he added.

Domagoso earlier said he participated in the presidential race to offer what they have done in Manila that are duplicable and scalable in terms of how they approach COVID-19 pandemic.

On Monday, the Department of Health (DOH) said it is preparing to administer COVID-19 booster and third shots to healthcare workers and eligible priority groups by November or December.
