Hello Glow bags gold award, thanks to this father-and-daughter duo

They were up for the challenge and they delivered!

When a skincare brand launched a month right before when most of the Philippines went on lockdown due to COVID-19, it experienced unexpected roadblocks like everyone in the world. It was a truly a test for the company as they re-strategized and set everything in place by June of that year.

Hello Glow, under Ever Bilena, capitalized on social media and worked with influencers and strengthen their online presence with social media campaigns. They also produced educational videos by skin experts and recruited sellers. Despite the pandemic, they were able to help provide an alternative business for Filipinos through this livelihood opportunity.

Hello Glow by Ever Bilena wins IPRA award. Right, CEO Dioceldo Sy and CSMO Denice Sy Munez.

Not only that, Hellow Glow gave a huge discount of 33 percent to resellers, even 50 percent to distributors, giving online sellers to earn bigger. As of this writing, the total number of Hello Glow resellers are more than 4,000 nationwide.

And their efforts have been noticed globally. Father Dioceldo Sy and daughter Denice Sy-Muñez, who are the chief executive officer and chief sales and marketing officer respectively, received the gold award at the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) Golden Awards in London. What a feat! Together with Fuentes Manila, the company's PR agency, they have been awarded for its successful "Launch of Hello Glow on all-digital PR campaign."

Congratulations!
