After the reduction in the number curfew hours, now comes the lowering of alert level in Metro Manila altogether as coronavirus disease (COVID-19)-related figures are reported to be going down not only in the metropolis, but the entire country.

Quarantine requirements have also been eased for arriving international passengers, both Filipinos and foreigners, from green countries, and cinemas and amusement parks in the National Capital Region (NCR) will also be allowed to open under Alert Level 3.

And to really pave the way for the country’s return to normalcy, efforts are being made to open face-to-face classes in all degree programs in the tertiary level by early next year.
