Agent 007 is definitely not homophobic!

In an article for independent.co.uk, Daniel Craig revealed that he has been going to gay bars for many years now.

“I’ve been going to gay bars for as long as I can remember. One of the reasons: because I don’t get into fights in gay bars that often," said Daniel, 53, on the Lunch With Bruce podcast on SiriusXM.

The No Time to Die actor revealed he started going to gay bars when he was young because he wanted to avoid getting “in a punch-up” during a night out, which would happen “quite a lot” at straight bars, the news website reported.

“As a kid, because it was like... ‘I don’t want to end up in a punch-up.’ And I did. That would happen quite a lot. And it would just be a good place to go,” Daniel added.

The hunk star also said gays bars were a safe place to be.

“Everybody was chill, everybody. You didn’t really have to sort of state your sexuality. It was okay. And it was a very safe place to be. And I could meet girls there, cause there are a lot of girls there for exactly the same reason I was there. It was kind of an ulterior motive,” Daniel said.
