Bulacan's COVID-19 recovery rises to 96%; active cases down to 2%

The Provincial Health Office (PHO) of the Province of Bulacan has recorded 69,722 recoveries from COVID-19 or 96 percent while active cases of the coronavirus went down to 1,356 or 2 percent.

The PHO said active COVID-19 cases continue to decline, from 1,540 on Saturday, October 2, to 1,406 on October 3, Sunday, and 1,356 on October 4, Monday.

A total of 228 new cases was recorded that brought the total provincial tally of COVID-19 cases to 72,394 but

Of the 1,356 active cases, the PHO said 305 are admitted in the hospitals, 273 are in Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facilities (TTMF), while 778 are in home isolation.

There were nine new deaths reported, bringing the total COVID-19 fatalities to 1,316.
