DAGUPAN CITY – Former Pangasinan 3rd District Representative and Movie and Television Review and Classification Board chair Rachel Arenas filed her certificate of candidacy here on Friday, October 1.

Arenas will aim for a congressional seat anew in the 2022 polls.

She was the first to arrive at the Commission on Elections Provincial Office here to file a COC, together with her mother, incumbent Congresswoman Baby Arenas who is graduating in the 18th Congress.
