Sweethearts Ravena, Valdez swing their way to 2021

Power couple Kiefer Ravena and Alyssa Valdez spent their last day of 2020 on the green fields of Summit Point Golf and Country Club in Batangas.

Alongside a bunch of friends, the two "Phenoms" practiced their swings and strokes before welcoming 2021 with a bang.

Ravena also spread words of hope amid these trying times as the coronavirus pandemic continues to wreak havoc globally.

"Let's not make the year that us from growing. Instead, use it as a reason for us to become better," wrote the NLEX Road Warriors star on Instagram. "I know there are big things right in front of us as we enter 2021."

Valdez, meanwhile, showed what she's made of as she posted a clip swinging the golf club with finesse.

It was no less than her boyfriend who introduced the sport to Valdez, after Ravena dedicated his time for the sport in 2018 when FIBA slapped with an 18-month suspension from basketball-related activities.

In no time, golf became a hobby the couple has shared since then.

"What is coming is better than what is gone, Be a Verb, an action word. Create your own future, conquer your dreams and live your life," added Ravena.
