Hanteo Chart reveals top 30 best-selling albums in South Korea in 2020

Hanteo Chart has revealed the top 30 best-selling albums in South Korea in 2020, covering the period Jan. 1 to Dec. 31, 2020.

K-pop idol group BTS topped the list and garnered the first two places. Their “Map of the Soul: 7” album emerged as the No. 1 best-selling album with 3,839,242 copies sold in 2020 followed by “BE (Deluxe Edition)” with 2,343,709 copies.

Seventeen grabbed the third and fourth places. “Heng:garae” is in third place with 1,146,465 copies sold followed by “Semicolon” with 974,335 copies.

EXO member Baekhyun’s “Delight” album placed fifth with 926,624 copies sold in 2020.

NCT’s “NCT 2020-Resonance, Pt. 1” is in sixth place with 889,810 copies followed by BLACKPINK”s “The Album” (7th), 758,534; BTS’ “Skool Luv Affair” (8th), 588,799; NCT Dream’s “Reload” (9th), 564,426; and NCT’s “NCT 2020-Resonance, Pt. 2” (10th), 562,289.

Here are the top 30 best-selling albums in South Korea in 2020, according to Hanteo Chart:
