Solo bettors from Misamis Oriental, Cebu bag multi-million peso lotto jackpot prizes

September ends with a bang for two solo bettors from Misamis Oriental and Cebu after winning the major jackpot prizes in two consecutive lotto draws this week.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO), in its Facebook page, announced two new back-to-back millionaires in separate draws.

On Thursday, Sept. 30, PCSO announced that a winning ticket from Cagayan De Oro City, Misamis Oriental bagged the P54.9-million Megalotto 6/45 jackpot prize during a draw on Wednesday night, Sept. 29.

Based on the summary of winners, the solo bettor won a total jackpot prize amounting to P54,993,929.60 with the winning combination 14-11-03-07-10-03.

There were also 115 second prize winners who will receive P32,000 each.

On the same draw date, there were no winners for the Grandlotto 6/55 with a jackpot prize of P35,975,682.00

PCSO, on Sept. 29, also announced that a winning ticket bought in Samboan, Cebu bagged the P36.8-million Lotto 6/42 jackpot.

The solo bettor correctly guessed the winning combination 10-06-02-09-18-29 during the draw on Tuesday night, Sept. 28.

There were also 91 second prize winners who will receive P24,000 each.

Meanwhile, there were no winners for the Ultralotto 6/58 with a jackpot of P142,003,647.60 and Superlotto 6/49 with a total prize of P51,023,230.80.

The winners need to go to PCSO’s main office in Mandaluyong City to claim their prizes.

They have to present the winning tickets along with two identification cards.

PCSO said that prizes that are above P10,000.00 will be subject to 20 percent tax pursuant to TRAIN Law.

Likewise, PCSO reminded the public that the prizes that were not claimed within one year from date of draw will be “considered forfeited” based on the Republic Act No. 1169.
