The Manila Police Department (MPD) arrested four suspects behind the theft of jewelry and cash during a follow up operation in Paco, Manila on Sunday, (Sept. 24).
Police identified the suspects as Hesus Paglalulan, 45 ; Edgar Magat Lim, 44; Benjamin Veyra Ubaldo, 48; and Carmela Magat Lim, 47, all residents of Paco, Manila.
The suspects took about P225,000 worth of jewelry, including two gold bracelets worth P70,000, one gold necklace worth P30,000, $500 and P125,000 in cash last Sept. 23 from the home of Elma Mendoza, 45.
The police conducted a follow up operation on Sunday, Sept. 24, which led to the arrest of the suspects. (Lemuel Baruela)
