Manila Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso has made an impassioned appeal to the Filipino people to accept his “application” to become the country’s next president, whilea Sen. Antonio Trillanes gives Vice President Leni Robredo until October 8, 2021 to decide on whether or not she will run for president in the 2022 elections before he decides, for himself, if he would seek the same post.
