Apart from providing everyday value and convenience to consumers, GrabFood’s expansion creates livelihood opportunities for local merchant- and delivery-partners, boosting socio-economic recovery in new areas.

“We want to serve and empower more Filipinos with this expansion," said Grab Philippines Head of Deliveries Anton Bautista.

"Grab’s digital platform can help residents and local business owners of Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna unlock new earning opportunities,” he explained.

On the other hand, delivery-partners benefit from support programs, such as the GrabCare Package for calamity aid, hospital assistance, emergency top-up, and educational assistance for their children.

Another program, Ka-Grab Kamustahan Sessions is a virtual townhall helping address partners’ challenges and giving business updates.

The Grab app has been downloaded into millions of mobile devices, giving users access to over nine million drivers, merchants, and agents in Southeast Asia.

Grab offers a wide range of on-demand services in the region, including mobility, food, package and grocery delivery services, mobile payments, and financial services across 428 cities in eight countries.
