Jimmy Bondoc on bashers: 'They are easy to ignore'

Jimmy Bondoc

Singer-songwriter Jimmy Bondoc, who was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of state-run Philippine Amusement Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR), said he's one person who can easily ignore bashers.

On Facebook Sept. 16, Bondoc shared his thoughts on bashers.

"You know the best part of being bashed? Being defended!

"It is really heartwarming to see even just a few people speak up against vicious bashers. I will be completely honest - wala naman talagang epekto ang bashers sa mga katulad ko. They are easy to ignore.

"Pero yung mga mababait na nagtatanggol, yun ang ginto! Hindi mai-ignore. Talagang makikita mo that there are a lot of good and fair people.

"I am at your service, President Duterte, Senator Bong Go, and Chairman Andrea Domingo. Lead the way, and I will serve your best intentions," wrote Bondoc on Facebook.

Prior to government service, Bondoc, 46, rose to fame when he composed and sang the popular OPM song "Let Me Be The One."
