Typhoon Kiko is finally on its way out of the Philippines, and authorities are expected to make an inventory of the damage caused by the tropical cyclone that reached super typhoon status of Signal No. 4.

A senator is also asking that the process to start allowing limited face-to-face classes among children as he noted the long-term effects of school closure on the children and national development.
