The new alert level systems will start to be pilot-tested in Metro Manila on September 16, 2021; nine countries have been placed under the “red list”, which would be in-effect from September 12 to September 18, 2021; and the Inter-Agency Task force (IATF) on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (MEID) created a task force that will ensure the availability of oxygen to address the needs of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients.
