Bulacan gov't offers free skills training, jobs to Bulakenyos


Here's good news for Bulakenyo job seekers.

The Provincial Government of Bulacan is offering free skills training and online recruitment activities from September 8 to 10.

Governor Daniel R. Fernando said the program aims to provide jobs and open new opportunities for those who want to start their own microbusiness and livelihood which will also benefit the participating employers who are looking for qualified employees.

Fernando encouraged Bulakenyo job seekers to take advantage of the program as well as the ‘Online Kabuhayan Fair’ on September 13-15 by the Provincial Youth, Sports, and Public Employment Service Office (PYSPESO) which will be streamed online through the Provincial PESO Bulacan Facebook page.

PYSPESO Head Atty. Kenneth Z. Ocampo-Lantin said the virtual recruitment process will be conducted through vantagehunt.com. Job seekers must create their own account and pre-register on the registration link posted on their official Facebook page.

Lantin said the local recruitment activity includes job vacancies such as salesman; distributor specialist; industrial engineer; electrical engineer; repacker (200); production helper (100); machine operator (50); customer service representative (200); technical support representative (200); CS/sales representative (200); tech/sales representative (200); audit staff; accounting staff; quality assurance staff; checker; warehouseman; truck drivers; truck helpers; picker/loader and many more.

The Kabuhayan Fair Online Streaming will feature timely free skills training such as make-up tutorial, hair-cutting, nail-art training; alcohol/sanitizer making; dishwashing and fabric conditioner making; essential oil making; coffee/latte art; kimchi-making; and charcuterie/grazing board preparation.
