Manila Water unveils app to help customers


Manila Water Company Inc. is urging its customers in eastern Metro Manila and Rizal Province to use the company’s latest mobile application app, which will help ensure their safety during the pandemic.

The app, according to Manila Water, allows customers to access their bills and pay online anytime anywhere.

In a statement on Thursday, Manila Water East Zone Business Operations Group Director Esmeralda Quines said the company's one-stop-shop application is now downloadable via Android smartphones thru Manila Water’s website https://www.manilawater.com/customer/manila-water-app.

Quines said the Manila Water App is the best way to transact and stay up-to-date with Manila Water, especially during these challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the new mobile application, customers can easily access and pay their bills as well as lodge their concerns at their convenience, without having to call the company’s hotline or visit the business offices.

The company assured that all Android users can download the app and can perform all key Manila Water transactions as well as provide notifications on service advisories, news and updates.

“It is important that we have to upgrade our services to keep pace with the current times especially during this pandemic where the safety of our customers remains our priority. Convenient and very easy to use, having this app on your Android phone is like having your personal Manila Water partner at your fingertips,” Quines said.

The application is the company’s response to protecting its employees and customers from the COVID virus and is a highly recommended option in lieu of face-to-face interaction.

The iOS equivalent of the Manila Water App is already under development. In the meantime, iOS users are encouraged to register their accounts in the Manila Water customer portal to enjoy one-stop-shop convenience.
