The PHO said Bulacan has 4,510 COVID-19 active cases, 822 of which are admitted in hospitals, 138 in a Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility, while 3,550 are under home isolation.

During the distribution of financial assistance to scholars in the province held at the Capitol Gymnasium in the City of Malolos, Fernando reminded Bulakenyos to strictly follow the health protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).

Fernando encouraged the students to join the government's fight against COVID-19 by following the health protocols, such as the wearing of face mask and face shield and practicing social distancing. (Freddie C. Velez)
