K-pop girl group BLACKPINK member Lisa’s solo debut is coming soon.

BLACKPINK and YG Entertainment unveiled the first teaser photo for Lisa’s solo debut on social media that excited fans.

On Twitter, the “#LISA COMING SOON POSTER” has garnered more than 168,000 retweets and more than 341,000 likes as of writing, and “Lisa is coming” became the No. 1 trending topic.

On Instagram, the first “coming soon” post on BLACKPINK’s account drew more than 1.2 million likes and more than 18,000 comments as of writing. The same post had more than 3.8 million likes and more than 250,000 comments on Lisa’s official Instagram account.

“I thought I'm gonna have a granddaughter before your solo. I'm so excited Lisa,” one netizen commented.

Another wrote, “The day that we have been waiting for is really coming.”

Other comments include “We will love and support you Queen Lisa,” “Wishing my girl the best luck and most successful solo debut ever,” “Your time to shine baby” and “Finally!!! I love you Lisa!”

Lisa will be the third member of BLACKPINK to have a solo debut after Jennie and Rosé. Jennie had her “Solo” single in November 2018 while Rosé released her “R” single album last March.

On Aug. 22, Lisa’s own YouTube channel Lilifilm reached a milestone when it garnered 8 million subscribers.

BLACKPINK celebrated their fifth anniversary since debut this month. Their YouTube channel has 64.2 million subscribers, the second highest on YouTube’s All-Time Most Subscribed Official Artist Channel, with total views of 19 billion.
Their “BLACKPINK: The Movie” became the highest-grossing “event cinema,” or alternative content, of 2021, according to distributors CJ 4DPLEX and Trafalgar Releasing with a gross of $4.8 million from under 100 territories.
