Three teenagers died after they were run over by a Philippine National Railways (PNR) train in Sta. Mesa, Manila on Sunday (August 22).

Police said the victims were on their way home when they decided to use the northbound tracks of the PNR along Anonas St., Sta Mesa, Manila as their pathway.
Police identified the victims as Alfred Visagar, 17; Jayvee John Luna, 16; and Rico M. Devilla 17.
The victims were not able to hear the approaching train and were hit, leaving their bodies mangled in the process.
The drivers of the train with body number 1831 were identified as Ronaldo B. Antonio and Eric Nase.
