Superlotto 6/49 winner from Bulacan bags P48.5-M jackpot prize

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) on Monday, Aug. 16, announced that a solo winner from Bulacan won the P48.5-million Superlotto 6/49 jackpot.

PCSO said that a winning ticket bought in San Jose Del Monte City in Bulacan bagged the multi-million peso jackpot for Superlotto 6/49 in draw on Sunday, Aug. 15.

The winning ticket, PCSO said in a Facebook post, correctly guessed the jackpot combination 26 - 24 - 07- 12- 01 - 09.

Based on the summary of winners, the winning ticket for Superlotto 6/49 won a total jackpot prize of P48,589,712.20.

PCSO said that were also 34 second prize winners who will receive P50,000 each.

Major prize winners will need to go to the Main Office in Mandaluyong City and present the winning tickets along with two identification cards to claim their prizes, PCSO said.

PCSO also reminded that prizes above P10,000.00 will be subject to 20 percent tax pursuant to TRAIN Law. It added that prizes that were not claimed within one year from date of draw will be “considered forfeited” based on the Republic Act No. 1169.

Meanwhile, the Ultralotto 6/58 with an estimated P62.8 jackpot prize remained elusive.

PCSO said that there was no winner for the Ultralotto 6/58 with the winning combination of 03 - 01 - 47 - 56 - 06 - 07.

However, one (1) second prize winner got lucky and will receive P120,000.
